Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact and attached to the garments.
Schedule a Collection
Book a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your package at a designated carrier location using the provided pre-paid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
